Can Nonbelievers Worship?
Nonbelievers have a limited ability to worship. Because everyone is created by God to be a worshiper, everyone is able to worship something, but only Christians can truly worship God. “No one can say ‘Jesus is Lord,’ except by the Holy Spirit” (1 Corinthians 12:3).
FAQ #2: Instruction, Feedback and Critique
Michelangelo’s motto was, “Ancora imparo.” In English it translates into, “I am still learning.” Norman Vincent Peale wrote, “The problem with most of us is that we would rather be ruined by praise than saved by criticism.” In the Holy Bible, the book of Proverbs 9:9 states, “Give instruction to a wise man and he will be yet wiser.”
FAQ #1: Where Do I Start?
It takes years of work. Embrace that. Add to it your passion and joy but don’t kid yourself about the work and time required. The Gospel Music Association Industry Networking Guide states, “Your first performance opportunities will probably come from a relationship you have with a pastor or ministry contact.

Many “worship services” are held, but worship doesn’t always happen. One reason is that we sometimes fail to allow the Holy Spirit to fulfill his proper role in worship. In honoring God the Father and lifting up Christ, we also must be careful to give proper place to the Holy Spirit.
