I agree that it's tricky to choose a right transition song. You have to match tempo, theme, and key. I hate it when a worship leader gets hung up on keeping the worship set in the same key throughout. By doing this, some songs get pushed too high or too low. Finding a good transition tempo and theme is good enough.
