So, you've written some songs and wonder what to do with them. Here are the steps to take in looking after the copyright administration of your song(s):

1. Decide who will administer your songs. That can be either you or a company set up to do such things. Refer to the list of Authorized Administrators for North America to see which Administrators are already signed with CCLI.

2. Whoever administers your song(s) will need to consider:
   1. Registering the song(s) with the US Copyright Office. Go to our US Copyright Office Song Registration Links page for details.

   2. Registering your song with the appropriate copyright licensing organizations for collection of royalties for the reproduction of your song(s). See our US Copyright Licensing Organizations page for more details, including how to include your works in CCLI's License programs.
